I want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work in my shop:

  • 30-Day Returns: You can return cruise apparel, enamel pins, or door magnets within 30 days of receiving them, as long as they’re unused, in their original condition, and in the packaging they arrived in. If for any reason the clothing is worn, damaged, or in a used condition no refund will be given.
  • Digital Downloads: Because of their nature, digital downloads are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All sales of digital products are final.
  • Exchanges: If an item arrives damaged or defective, I’ll happily send a replacement. Just email me at [email protected].
  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items can be refunded; sale items aren’t refundable.
  • Shipping Costs: You’ll need to cover the cost of returning items, and I recommend a tracked service so it gets back to me safely.

Once I’ve received and checked your return, I’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.
