Exciting news for cruising enthusiasts! Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) has just announced the launch of its enhanced package, “More at Sea,” set to revolutionise the guest experience starting January 1, 2025. This new offering is an upgrade from the popular “Free At Sea” package and promises even more benefits tailored to what cruisers value most during their well-deserved vacations.
If you’re already familiar with NCL’s Free At Sea offering, then you’ll be absolutely buzzing for this. If you haven’t check this out:
What’s New?
The “More At Sea” package expands on NCL’s already impressive lineup of amenities, giving guests access to a stunning array of globally recognised premium beverage brands. Imagine enjoying favorites like Grey Goose vodka, Casamigos Tequila, and Woodford Reserve bourbon whiskey—all included in your cruise experience! With over 100 specialty cocktails available at more than 80 bars onboard, including the award-winning Metropolitan Bar (known for its sustainable craft cocktails), you’ll find it hard to resist indulging.
When it comes to dining, NCL is raising the bar (quite literally!) with additional specialty dining meals for guests on voyages lasting seven days or longer. Not only will you have more opportunities to savor delicious dishes, but you’ll also be treated to up to three appetizers and desserts at each sitting. For food lovers, this is a culinary dream come true!

Premium Drinks Package
The More at Sea package now includes Premium drinks, rather than standard. When I cruised on NCL, it was pretty frustrating that some drinks weren’t included (ahem Espresso Martini’s). So I’m glad to now see more premium branded drinks.
Stay Connected at Sea
In today’s digital world, staying connected is more important than ever. NCL is enhancing onboard connectivity with Starlink’s high-speed internet access. Each guest will now receive 150 minutes of dedicated Wi-Fi minutes, allowing everyone in the stateroom to log on and stay in touch with family and friends back home—perfect for sharing your cruise adventures in real time!
Exciting Shore Excursion Benefits
As if that wasn’t enough, the “More At Sea” package continues to offer fantastic perks like a $50 credit per shore excursion for the first guest, free airfare for the second guest, and even the option for third and fourth guests to sail for free on select voyages. These thoughtful inclusions ensure that your vacation is not only enjoyable but also offers great value.
Seamless Dining Experience
NCL is also taking guest feedback to heart by transitioning from á la carte pricing for specialty dining to a flat cover charge. This change, effective January 1, 2025, aims to streamline the dining experience, allowing guests to focus on what matters most—enjoying their meals and each other’s company.
