Is the Comic-Con cruise official?
It’s an official licensed experience from Comic-Con International that brings panels, parties, cosplay, talent encounters, artists, themed nights, workshops, and a global community of superfans together on one ship. There’s no trade show floor or massive expo halls like the San Diego event – here it’s all about community and experiences that feel personal and fun.
When and Where It Sets Sail:
The 2026 edition is January 30 to February 3, 2026, aboard the Celebrity Constellation. You’ll:
- Depart from Tampa, Florida
- Spend a day at sea full of activities
- Dock in Nassau, Bahamas for fun ashore
- Head back to Tampa by the end of the cruise.
It’s perfect timing if you love winter warmth and geeky vibes. The Bahamas day gives you a chance to stretch your legs, relax on sandy beaches, or explore local culture before the fandom fun starts up again.

Word from the organisers is that this 2026 sailing may be the last of Comic-Con: The Cruise, at least for now, because they haven’t planned any future sailings beyond it due to slower reservations. So if you’ve been curious, this could be the sail to book.
